We have recently encountered an issue with cloudbuild triggers in several repositories. Intermittently, the triggers fail to activate when new changes are pushed to branches or tagged in these repositories. Or alternatively, they activate but don't use the latest commit to the branch.
In order to temporarily resolve the problem, we disconnected the repositories from cloudbuild triggers and reconnected them, and that seemed to stop the errors. However, the root cause of this issue remains unidentified. The issue started from July 3, 2023.
We are using 1st generation of the repository generation.
