Unable to list repositories | Cloud Build Error

Problem you have encountered:

When I tried to connect to GitHub repository to Cloud Build, the Connection flow is working fine till authentication and then at the 3rd step Iam facing an error "Unable to list Git repositories".

What you expected to happen:

Since my authentication worked fine, I would be able to see the list of my repositories.

Steps to reproduce:

Go to Cloud Build > Triggers > Manage repositories > Connect Repository > GitHub (Cloud Build GitHub app) > Then follow the steps for authentication
Error appears in step 3

Have you tried to add GCE IP address ranges to your GitHub organization IP allowlist as shown in this link? Or just disable the allowlist if you are able to do so, as shown in this Stack Overflow answer.

I see that there is also a report on the issue tracker. Therefore, if you are still having this problem, you should reach the Support team for further assistance.

We didn't have such configuration in our Environment, and it was working fine

Google Support Team is accepting this as a bug.
