What is.... Project-554880431007

I got a message that I put a new Google account on my Google but I did not do it the up address did not match mine. I looked and found 43 apps connected to my Google account I found the project-554880431007. I have no idea what it is or how to get rid of it what I read it's a project someone is doing to my account. I need help getting rid of it and help finding out what exactly it is. Anyone out there to help me Im new at this so I guess I check back here or do I get an email. All I know is this can't be good

The project number you just observed could be related to a Google Cloud or Firebase account. With regard to your device, if you got these suspicious apps installed that used Google products (e.g. Google Cloud, or Firebase perhaps), the possible places to report a malicious app would be through the Play Store's abuse reporting tool or Google Cloud Platform's abuse reporting tool. Either of these two will allow the appropriate team to investigate the issue and potentially mark the malicious account for suspension due to suspicious activities.
