What is this cost item refers to?

I got continuously charged by the item: Vertex Colab CPU for GCE usage - E2 Instance Cores in asia-east2 and Standard Persistent Disk in asia-east2. I haven't been using any colab service in the past weeks but it still charge me a lot. Where can I find these two item? I want to stop them from charing me.

In image below, go to Vertex AI >> Notebooks >> Colab Enterprise >> Runtime Templates:

1. Region - make sure the same region as you mention should be asia-east2.
2. Machine Type - E2 Instance Cores
3. Disk Type - Standard Persistent Disk
4. Personal credentials - possibly this is still enabled that's why you are continuously charged.
5. Click Delete to remove the specific runtime template.

Close a Cloud Billing account - You can close an active Cloud Billing account to stop all billable services in any projects linked to the account, such as running VM instances or storage buckets. If your projects are not linked to an active, valid Cloud Billing account, you will not be able to use the products and services enabled in your projects. This is true even if your projects only use Google Cloud or Google Maps Platform services that are free.
