oAuth problem blocked app

Hello guys.

I'm opening a new topic about this issue because I had another problem with my app. Even after verifying the app, I still have the "blocked app" screen.

Could it be because of the user cap?

The user limit error would show 'Error 403: rate_limit_exceeded'. (More details here.) Since that doesn't seem to be the case, I'll send you a p.m. to get more info so I can investigate for you.
