Action Hub Steps

Can anyone please help me understand the process of creating actions using Action Hub in a simplified way?
I am really confuse and could not understand the documentation of it. I am trying to create an action that helps user to send the data to google drive or google sheet when he selects a value from the table.

@salehaxsid,  to confirm by send data to gdrive or gsheets when selecting a value from the table is the user clicking on a value in a given row and then delivering the data? Or are you selecting the Looker send/schedule modal and then wanting to send the entire result set?

User will be clicking on the value and then the data will be sent.
