Creating an app which gives safe browsing to kids

Hi im Nidhi. I want to know why Google has yet not come up with kids specific search engine. Or am I not aware of it. YouTube has YouTube kids, similarly Google can have Google kids which gives more secure data to them, censoring unwanted stuffs, and ads. There is online website called kiddle which does this work but it doesn't have app. It would be really appreciated by all parents across the world as smartphone among kids is no new thing, nor is the stress on parents to keep their kids safe online. 

App can have features from web, images, news, emails, blogs, even some kids specific social media or messenger and all of it should be strictly parsed for the kids viewing.
