Getting error wher selecting connector for use

Hi everyone! 

Our connector has started encountering an error when attempting to select it for use. 
In Portuguese, it says "Ocorreu um erro ao recuperar a configuração desse complemento.", which in English, we believe, means "An error occurred while retrieving the configuration for this complement." 
Is there a way someone could help us determine what happened?
