Pull Production Failed: Pull incomplete

Hello Community,

When creating a shared branch in a project created by someone else it and selecting Create from the Production branch it does not contain the code from the Production branch. 

When I try to Pull from Production it fails with Pull Production Failed: Pull incomplete.

Git has been configured with a Bare repository.

Note, we experience the same error when pulling from production on a personal branch. we are also experiencing the same error with using a remote repository. Also note that the error does not occur for the user that has created the project. Note, I have Admin permissions.

Please help us.

This has arisen with several users in the past and it seems the easiest way to fix this yourself is to reset the git connection. If this is not an option, you can create a new user for the user affected (and disable their old user - if you delete them, then their content & folders may be lost). Obviously that second approach could be problematic so it might make more sense to reach out to support if neither of those are good options for you.
