Slack action not available

This is how my action hub looks:

I am able to enable and edit settings in Slack Attachment (API Token), but I cannot enable or change settings for just the Slack action.

It's just empty. It's like this in both of our Looker instances. I have been able to set up other action without any issues, including the other Slack option. I originally tried this unavailable one and couldn't solve it so we did the API token method instead, so it's not that one precludes the other.

Why isn't the Slack action populating settings or able to be enabled?

Just something to check that I noticed in the docs: "the IP Allowlist feature is not enabled on the Looker instance."

Can you rule that out?

Thanks, Gavin. IP Allowlist is disabled: Allowlist rules are disabled. All IP addresses are allowed to access Looker. 

Unless there is somewhere else to check besides Admin / Server / IP Allowlist?

And just to verify, this is a Google-hosted instance?

 

Correct, both of our Looker instances are Google-hosted

Can you try logging into Looker from an incognito browser window and seeing if you see the same thing?

Unfortunately the same issue, for both accounts, in Safari and Chrome, in normal and private browsing. All combinations. 

I think reaching out to support might be the way to go at this point 😞
