Dashboard Filter Values Not Updating Dynamically

Dashboard filters are failing to reflect newly added or updated values from the underlying BigQuery tables. This issue persists despite implementing standard dynamic suggestion configurations in LookML, including the use of suggest_explore, suggest_dimension, and datagroup with appropriate sql_trigger logic. Additionally, manual cache clearing at both the dashboard and explore levels has been performed, but filter value dropdowns continue to display outdated or incomplete options.
