Displaying text on mouse hover

Hi we've been using tables and I had this feature where when you hover the mouse over any text inside the table, It will show the whole text or string. 
looked like this image: Before

Now it is gone. We prefer this over wrap text option since it is cleaner this way. Any way to put it back anywhere in the settings?

same seems to have stopped working in looker studio in chrome.  I imagine it's a bug.
