How do I format hh mm ss in looker studio ?

So I connected my google sheet to looker studio and the goal is to find the average ride length of rides for both casual and members of a bicycle startup. The problem is that when I add the ride_length column to metrics in looker, it’s not clear how to display the duration as hh:mm:ss the same as it looks in google sheets. I clueless about what I’m doing wrong smh...
