Invalid Total Obtained after addition of a column

I have been attempting to resolve an issue in Google Data Looker Studio. The problem arises when I add a column that divides the grand total from the top table, causing the event count for a particular event to be lower in the bottom table.

I have confirmed that the data is present in Google Analytics, the source of the data. When using Google Analytics reports, the values are correctly broken down. However, when accessing Google Data Looker Studio, the values are consistently displayed incorrectly.

What could be the reason behind this ? Can someone tell me if it's a bug that needs to be looked by the developers?
