Moving Filters in Dashboards

Is there way we can move filters so that they are local to specific tile in a dashboard or a set of tiles? 

I know that we can edit filters so they update specific tiles. What I want is a way that I can make it obvious to users that a set of filters is for specific set of tiles.

Currently, the only options for the location of filters are at the top or right side of a dashboard: https://cloud.google.com/looker/docs/editing-user-defined-dashboards#filters_location

One idea to help users would be to add a note to individual tiles identifying which filters are affecting the tile.
