Problems With Deployment on Looker

Hi, guys!

Here at my company, we work with 3 instances on Looker: dev, qa and pd.

When I deploy my changes on dev, by clicking on 'Deploy Latest', no message is displayed.

However, when I deploy those changes to qa, it displays the message below:

And on pd as well:

 Would you know why this happens?

Are pull requests set up on your dev instance? If not, your code will simply be deployed to production when you deploy, as you see here.
