Row total discrepancies when Merging Queries

Hi everyone,
In Looker, I merge two results where the first merge is limited to 30 rows and is the primary merge while second merge is not limited. However when we total up the rows, the second merge total up all rows instead of the limit to 30 rows based on the primary merge. How can I solve this problem?
