Tracking model / view usage

I'm looking through our system activity menu and am trying to find a way to see how many visuals use a specific explore.  Basically, I know we need to update one of our explores but do not know how many or which visuals this would break.  Is there a way to find this information?

Hi !     

Looker admins and users who have been granted the see_system_activity permission have access to Looker's System Activity Explores in the Explore menu.

The System Activity Explores connect to Looker's underlying application database. 
In particular the Dashboard explore should allow you to build a query to identify which
Dashboard elements use the explore you’re targeting to make a change to.
