Unable to Download results

Hi,

I’m trying to download results from a dashboard that has less than 100 rows. The results from row# 15 are greyed out and unable to download the complete results. Can someone please help me with the possible reason and workarounds to this issue?

It is possible that you may not have the access to download full data. Please ask your admin to give download without limit permission to you
