Word Cloud Community visiualisation not showing any data

I'm using a simple word cloud from Meliorum, but the data is not showing. I have reconnected again, but it still does not show anything.

I think you may have confused Looker for Looker Studio - Looker has a built-in word cloud chart option, and Looker Studio has the Meliorum community word cloud option. 

In Looker Studio, you may need to double-check that the Community Visualization Access is enabled for the data source that you are using:
  • Go to the "Data Sources" section in your Looker Studio report.
  • Select the data source you want to use with the word cloud.
  • In the data source settings, look for the "Community Visualization Access" option and make sure it's toggled on. 

If the visualization is still not working properly after you have double-checked the proper access is enabled, you may need to reach out to Meliorum - possibly by commenting on their Creating word clouds in Google Data Studio page?
