Gemini code assist on Intellij IDEA IDE

Worked fine for several weeks.
Upgraded IntelliJ IDEA to Build #IU-243.26053.27, built on March 16, 2025
Upgraded Gemini Code Assist Plugin to 1.12.1-243.
Code Assist no longer loads in IDE.  It looks like it authenticates with my credentials in Google, then errors out with a plug-in error.  Thoughts?
