I am living in Turkey. I want to make a payment to Google Cloud to use the Gemini AI API, but I'm receiving an error.

Sorry to hear that you're unable to add a billing account. When this happens, you may try to wait for a few hours and try signing up again. If it doesn't work, as a workaround, you may try to create a new billing account. Additionally, you may refer to the list supported payment methods and unsupported payment methods.

If the issue persists, you may contact Cloud Billing Support for further investigation. You may need to share your billing account ID as well as your payment profile.
