Can we prevent new google accounts in our domain space?

Good afternoon

We have just recently begun to use GCP, and have set up IAM & SSO (our IdP is Azure AD). We have been using the Unmanaged Users tool to convert google accounts that end in "@uidaho.edu" to managed accounts in our tenant.

I learned that someone can still create a new google account that ends with our domain space. It has not yet appeared in the Unmanaged users list.

Is there a way to have google NOT allow new accounts in @uidaho.edu unless they are provisioned through us?

Thank you

David Summers
