Cloud Identity to Workspace issue

In Jan'22 I created a Cloud Identity organization and a bunch of GCP resources within it. In Apr'22 I created a Workspace using the same domain. As a result, my Cloud Identity org domain was changed/renamed into something like "abc.appstempdomain.goog", and we lost admin access. 

We can't log in any "@abc.appstempdomain.goog" accounts. Neither https://toolbox.googleapps.com/apps/recovery/form or https://support.google.com/a/contact/recovery_form helps because the accounts cannot be logged in so they cannot be recovered. Please advise a way out of this dead end.

Can you please reference the documentation you followed to do this? Do you have any kind of error message? Maybe this document[1] and this other [2] could help.

Same here.  And I’m getting charged monthly for it and can’t get Google to help me remove it.
