Google help Assistance timeout

Hi team,

Good morning how are you? My name is Mariano and here at my company I am having a big issue with the Google Help Assistance in my Admin console.

For some reason, I can't get in touch with the usual Google Support team because when I open the support window, it asks where do I need support. I just type the issue that I am having, and then the windows stays blinking for some seconds until I get a timeout error from Google saying: Things are taking longer than expected. Please close or try again.

I can't get out of that loop. I tried to log out of my Google Admin account, log back in. I tried to build a new Chrome profile to start from zero. I tried to access my Admin account from a different brand new laptop, and the same thing keeps going on and on.

Any advise? I tried to find another way to contact Google support like a contact form or something similar but so far I didn't have any success.
