My App's OAuth screen is verified, but still displayed unverified when downloaded from playstore

We've submitted our app to verification for the OAuth consent screen, and it works when we test the app locally, but when installing the app from the google play store using either internal testing or any of the testing tracks, it shows as is the app hasn't been verified

I think we figured out our issue and it seems like Google Play Console is signing the app with an old key, rather than the new one
