OAuth Consent Screen verification is taking longer than expected

Hi! My name is Dan. I'm a software engineer from FileFinder (now, Trevally).

We have already a Consent Screen approved by Google (after all security requirements and verification process), however, because some strategic ideas, we're rebranding the project which required to update ou consent screen details. 

We've basically updated the:

- Name;

- Domain/URL;

- Logo.

Before we proceed on this, I sent a message to the email address related to our process. Someone (which doesn't identifies) mentioned that it would take from 3-5 business days.

However, it's taking way more than that. We send messages, not feedback.

So, I'm not sure whether is someone following our case at Google but, no return from them.

I wonder how to process to get more details about our OAuth/Consent Screen/ update - verification status.
