Only few IAM roles visible

Hi,

1 project is created under a new organization account (domain: example.com). Provided Editor access and Project IAM admin roles to abc@gmail.com and xyz@gmail.com.

Under IAM > Grant Access, only a few IAM roles are visible for abc@gmail.com, whereas all roles are visible for xyz@gmail.com.

It is unclear why such an issue occurs with abc@gmail.com. Can someone help? ? TIA

Hello muthusadhasivam,

Can you check again in your IAM the roles and permissions of both accounts and compare what permissions were they missing?

There is a possibility as well when the new organization was created, xyz@gmail.com was used during the signing in process and may have the account as the super admin granting all permissions.

Hi Dionv,

Both abc@ and xyz@ having same editor and project iam admin role.

During the organization creation, different email id mno@gmail was used during the signing in process for example.com org.

New projects created under example.com, granted roles to granted to fgh@example.com. also has the same issue missing few roles.
