Web Security Scanner failed to load

I am experiencing an error when I load the Web Security Scanner in my project. It says "Failed to Load" and under it says:

"There was an error while loading /security/web-scanner/getStarted?aec=1&project=xxxxxxxxx&supportedpurview=project. Please try again.

It may be a browser or network issue. Go to the loading issues help page  to troubleshoot the issue."

I have checked (IAM) permissions and assigned all that I thought was applicable:

Cloud Functions Admin

Organization Administrator

Owner

Security Center Admin

Security Center Admin Editor

Security Center Admin Viewer

Security Center Sources Admin

Web Security Scanner Editor

Web Security Scanner Runner

Web Security Scanner Viewer

Is there a way to fix this? Thanks in advance!

If you already tried the loading issue page help, you may also try doing the ff:

• If you are using a VPN or connected to a private network, try disabling it temporarily and check if the issue is resolved.
• If the Web Security Scanner version is outdated, try updating it to the latest version available.
• Open your browser in incognito mode to check if any browser extensions or cache issues are causing the problem.

To resolve this issue, you must enable the Web Security Scanner API.

• Go to APIs and Services>Enabled APIs and services
• Click +ENABLE APIs AND SERVICES
• Search for the Web Security Scanner API
• Click Enable
