reCAPTCHA Enterprise metrics showing incorrect data

I've moved from reCAPTCHA v2 to reCAPTCHA Enterprise (Checkbox). I have keys requesting tokens, making assessments and interpreting assessments but when I check the metrics explore where I expect to see an easy to read dashboard I see graphs that have incorrect metrics and hard to understand data.

For example this is Enterprise' metric dashboard

This is from the v2 portal for an another active key.

I want to know, How can I know how many users interacted with recaptcha widget and of those, what the split is between pass, fail, nocaptcha on the Enterprise system? Is there any clear documentation or contact that can help with this?

Please navigate to here in the Cloud Console, click the CARDS button next to View keys as text and then click METRICS on your checkbox-style site key to see an equivalent page in reCAPTCHA Enterprise.
