Cloud error reporting

I have 2 accounts free one and TB account which I PAY FOR.  My back up goes to the free account so keep getting messages I am running out of space!  BUT I AM NOT.  I have tried to figure out how to switch the backup to the TB account several times.  Can someone give me step by step directions that don't need a computer science degree to understand
