How to add or modify client ID for Android SHA-1 on Google Cloud

I want to add SHA-1 in the client ID for Android on Google Cloud, but I couldn't find a button.😭

Currently, I am unable to modify SHA-1 or delete the client ID to create a new one.

Additionally, I don't want to change the package name.

May I ask what to do now?
