I cannot get rid of projects on google cloud

Hey there guys 🙂

I have 2 projects on Google cloud that I just cannot get rid of. When I try and remove them I get a warning saying:

Project has one or more liens on it to prevent accidental deletion. To delete the project, remove the liens first then try again. further down it says that the project is tied to dialog flow, but I deleted the projects on dialog flow several months ago, so I just dont get how I might get rid of them?

 

might anyone know?

I would suggest you doublecheck your Dialogflow account (https://dialogflow.cloud.google.com/) and make sure you don't have any agents or that the agents are indeed deleted.  If you're unsure how to delete agents: https://cloud.google.com/dialogflow/es/docs/agents-manage#delete

I have the same issue on an old project, a lien prevents deletion from DialogFlow but DialogFlow has no agent registered. I triplechecked.
