Iraq is not in the list, even though it has been recently permitted to publish on Google Play

Greetings,

It has been recently announced on 1st of May, 2025 that Iraqi developers can now publish on Google Play. And I've verified it by submitting my D-U-N-S number to open a Business Merchant Account, and it got accepted (it was getting reject prior to that date).

But upon trying to use Google Cloud services, it asked me to proceed with the free trail by selecting my country; and I did not find Iraq to proceed.

When should we expect the UI to change?

Time spent on our case is highly appreciated.

It's possible that Google Cloud hasn't yet updated its regional availability to include Iraq. This update may be in progress but hasn't been reflected in the UI yet.
