Quota override not working in Cloud Translate API

Hello,

My firm uses the Cloud Translate API to apply machine translation using Trados SDL. A few days ago the service stopped working and I checked in our API console to see why.

Apparently the service was shot off since we reached the current daily limit (5,000,000 characters) for the quota called "v2 and v3 general model characters per day".

I checked our daily usage graphic and there were no days in which we actually reached that limit. In fact, our usage is significantly below the limit. I waited for 24 hours to see if the block would resolve automatically (which was what happened in a previous instance when we did actually reach the daily limit for the quota in question). However, this time the block did not resolve and our service is still non-function.

I manaully adjusted (overrided) the quota level from "5,000,000" to "unlimited", and now the quota states that "unlimited" is the current limit. More than 24 hours have passed since I requested the quota override. However, our service is still blocked and we are still unable to use the Cloud Translate API.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
