I have no idea where to post this, I'm completely lost. I have no idea what any of this means, but when I'm attempting to close my Google Admin account, it's saying that I am unable to do so because I have 1 Google Cloud resource that needs to be deleted. When I click on the Google Cloud link to do so, I'm met with what appears to be 1 resource on my Manage Resources page. However, if I select it or attempt to delete it, the links to do so are all greyed out and disabled. Any time I attempt to dive deeper into this Google Cloud thing, it says I don't have proper access privileges, even though I'm the Administrator and sole user on the Google Admin account. So, if I don't have access, who does?
How can I delete whatever resources exist in my Cloud console so that I can delete my account? This is frustrating.

I'm sorry to hear that you're unable to get your account deleted, and I understand your frustration here as you've already tried certain ways to free up any existing resources that could still be preventing the deletion from happening.
I also took note that you're the admin and the only account left in your current organization, which means that this is related to Google Workspace.
Based on this post, it might be the case that the resource you're attempting to remove is an actual Google Cloud project. If so, then you need to assign yourself as the owner of the project even if you're the admin/org admin/super admin of the organization. This will allow you to have all the permissions necessary to perform any changes on the resource within that project.
If the issue persists, it would be best to contact Google Workspace support so that they may perform the needed diagnosis on your existing Google Admin account and the current domain/organization linked to it. This will allow the Google Workspace team to figure out the appropriate next steps to address this issue.
