Unable to install Ops agent on Vm instances

Hello Guys,

I am unable to install Ops agent on few of the Vm Instances. I have followed correct steps and checked all the prerequisites. Can someone please suggest me.

You can start the troubleshooting by reading the output logs after running the Agent diagnostics tool.

The first step is to connect (ssh) to the VM where you are unable to install the Ops Agent and run the following command: 

curl -sSO https://dl.google.com/cloudagents/diagnose-agents.sh

sudo bash diagnose-agents.sh

Then, you can compare the results reading this guide and apply the fix that matches with the output log .

Hi devi, I may help you if u can elaborate what steps did u follow. Are these VM's have internet access ?
