i can't connet my goole cloud windows server

yesterday i limited my server firewell inbound port from 1 to 19999. after that, i can't connet my windows server. so i can't delete that fierwell rules. please give me information about that. this isn't int google cloud web. it is in windows server made by goole cloud

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

You can connect to your instance thru serial console. Once you have access the windows server via serial console you can change the firewall setting by using command line.

Did you changed any other firewall rules apart from that ?
