Billing Issue preventing me from opening Billing Support Cases

Hello!

Long story short, I am attempting to start new Organization and move projects in between them.

I have attempted setting up Billing Account along the "Free Trial" process - I have configured Payment Method (bank account), received the verification sum, but... I can not see any option to verify it.

Trying to finalize the free trial gives me:

We couldn’t complete this action since this payment method is not verified. Try a different payment method. Learn more [OR-ACH-02]

Opening Billing management page results in message saying I do not have any Billing Accounts and it invites me to create New One. When I try to do that, I see endlessly spinning blue spinner.

And now cherry on top - I can not open support case, because there are no billing accounts in my account. I can not open regular support case, because the AI sees I am asking about Billing and redirects me to billing portal that I can not use.

Does anyone have any advice how to get out of this situation?

Hi, same problem for me:

i've received verification sum on my bank, but i couldn't verify the Billing account:
if i go to https://console.cloud.google.com/billing there's no account to verify, if i try to add new, and i choose my bank (with red label NOT VERIFIED) i receive error OR-ACH-02.
I'm blocked.

link provided from @lawrencenelson not working because require a billing account id, i don't have it yet because i couldn't create it.
