Can not delete Workspace account, due to pending Cloud resource

Hello,

I can't delete my Workspace account, and get the message 
"Your Workspace has at least 1 Google Cloud resource"
 
No matter what I do, I can not fix the issue.
(Clicking "Go to Google Cloud console" tells me "We are sorry, but you have cancelled your subscription to Google Workspace.

You will need to re-subscribe to Google Workspace in order to use Google Workspace services like Google Cloud.")


Someone help please, I don't wanna incur any more payments and wanna delete the account entirely.
