Create a dashboard in cloud Monitoring on incidents created by policy

Hi,

How can we crate a dashboard in cloud Monitoring on the incidents created by policy by considering below condition.
1> widget for count of each status of incidents (ACTIVE, ACKNOWLEDGED, CLOSED).
2> widget for count of all incidents.
3> widget for count of each status including the user who acted upon.
4> widget for providing all info including the time taken for each incident to close.

It would be helpful if you provide the solution for this.
