about my issue is in the dialogflow es, were creating a chatbot using this but currently in testing scenario sometimes it falls to a fallback response whether we set an training phrases and we type a correct word or correct training phrases that should go through a right intents. i have some screenshot for the actual testing the first picture was the intents the we've set and the second one is the result that falls in the fallback response .
