Please try clearing your web browser cookies and cache or try to use different web browsers, internet connection and devices to rule out any end user issue and see if it works.

You may check if you have the necessary roles to configure the OAuth consent screen. The redirect may occur if your account lacks permissions like Owner or Editor.
- Navigate to IAM & Admin > IAM in the Google Cloud Console
- Check if specific permissions like clientauthconfig.brands.create and clientauthconfig.brands.update are granted.
