Google Cloud transfers failing.

I have a few basic transfer jobs from ADO to Google Cloud that suddenly started failing due to:  ERROR: (gcloud.transfer.jobs.create) INVALID_ARGUMENT: Cannot enable GCS transfer logs for non-POSIX transfer. They were fine until this week. I've updated to the latest version. I can get valid results running simple list commands.  I am at a loss for cause.

I had the same problem randomly last night. It was working perfectly fine. However, I fixed it by adding `--no-enable-posix-transfer-logs` at the end of the command.
