Google says domain doesn't belong to us in second project

Hello,

I have created a project to use the Google Calendar API for my company’s app. Due to the 36-client limit, we created a second project with the same setup as the first one. However, when going through the verification process for the second project, we encountered an issue with the homepage verification:

Error message:
Your app has not met homepage requirements. Please resolve the following issues:
Your homepage website is not registered to you.

We are confused as to why this is happening, as the domain was already verified in the first project (Project 1), and we ensured all fields in the second project (Project 2) are configured identically.

Could you please clarify why Google doesn’t recognize the domain as ours, even though it’s already verified in Project 1? We’ve double-checked every field, and everything seems to be correct.

Any guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Hi @patriciapires,

Welcome to Google Cloud Community!

Please see the steps on how to resolve this here. Based on what you’ve stated, I understand your confusion and I have no reason to doubt that you own your domain but it seems that you have to go through the Verify your site ownership steps to resolve this issue.

Should the issue persist after you’ve done all these remediation steps, I highly recommend that you reach out to our 1:1 Cloud support for further investigation on your issue

If the projects are part of a different Organization, Then you must verify the domain again on the second project.

Please add the domain in second project and verify it once  again there.

Thanks
