Management requires monthly uptime report on Organisation level

Hi,

I have been asked to find out if it's possible to get an monthly report with availability of the services under all the projects of our organisation. I only care about the Google Services and not (our) Applications availability.

Is this even possible? Or do we have to build this ourselves?

Hello @g_krist  ,Welcome on Google Cloud Community.

Unfortunately, there is no out of the box solution for that. Per project you could utilize Service Health : https://cloud.google.com/service-health/docs/overview

For entire organization, you could use potentially Service Health logs, which should be routed to logs-bucket ( under dedicated project). and there, based on those logs, you could create log-based metrics and alerts. 

If you want to get info about Google Cloud services state in general, here is the dashboard for that: https://status.cloud.google.com/

Also, if you want to deal with the monitoring for entire organization, highly recommend to be familiar with terms scoping project, monitored projects and centralized monitoring.

Thanks for taking the time to answer. The Google Cloud Health Services is something we already use. We just looking for a percentile report 🙂
