Problem to create proyect on my account

I have a NAS synologic, and I try to make backup from my Google Workspace organization files, manual or tutorial,

I have problem on point 2. Create a service key
Sign in to Google Developers Console as a domain super administrator.

I try to open a case with GCP, but my account is limited only to create cases to billing issues. If possible, that I get support from GCP to review my account. Or email to put case. I create case on GWorkspaces, but they don't have visibility to Google Cloud Platform.

Hmm, well, without error screenshot, I'm not able to check where is the problem. Maybe You are able to copy / paste error text, instead of posting images with sensitive data ?

On spanish I have this problem:

My account is Business standard, I add role to create project and account
is admin, but when open ticket or case with Google Workspaces, they said
que GCP is other channel and they can't forward my issues.
And on Cloud I can't open ticket, only billing issues.

It looks like Google Console is turned off for your user. If you are able to log in to admin.google.com will be good.

Once you are logged,
1. Go to Apps -> Additional Google Services -> Search for Google Cloud Platform. "Service Status" should be marked as "ON for everyone" or it shouldn't be "OFF". It this is off or it set up for particular OU, you must log in into google cloud console as user for which this service is available.

This is real problem, on admin.google.com, I don't see this feature or I
can't enable it. I request it, but workspace support don't can.
