Registration Fails at GCP cloud account

Hi,

I'm trying to create a Google Cloud Free Tier page: https://cloud.google.com/free/ 

The registration is failing after making payment.

I tried twice, but its failing. 

How to get live chat support?
Please can anyone suggest the solution for this.

Can you try again with your transaction using a different web browser for your payment setup and steps. You can also refer to this page for payment types that do not work.

If the issue still persists, you can fill out this form from the Google Cloud Billing team to help with your issue, as you are getting an error message when attempting to make a payment. State the issue that you are experiencing and the error code. Please remember also to not provide any identifying information or sensitive financial information like credit card numbers.

Additionally, I recommend reaching out to the Cloud Billing team as they have the right resources that might be more helpful in resolving your Cloud Billing related issues.

Thanks for the details.

I just now tried with different browser. 
The result is same. The amount is deducted from my bank account but registration failed. 

The payment method is with in the GCP mentioned policy. 

I'm not getting any error code. 

Attached the screenshot after the payment. It will be helpful.

Please can you check the details.
