SRE Observability governance logs

We are structuring our logs, metrics, and tracing to have end-to-end Observability.

so we are planning to standardize and structure Logs in applications.

Example, we offer a library with a default configuration where applications can use to generate, emit logs, mean time there should be a standard structure and the format .

Do you guys think implementing standard structure and format for logs at organization level, is a realistic goal? Is it practical ?

or better, we understand the product go through with developers, understand their pain , help them define ?

the reason we are defining standard of logs to meet our end to end Observability
