Vertex AI workbench

i am trying to work with training, building, hyperparameter tuning on Vertex AI, workbench, and I got approved for 1 GPU, even though i can see it the GPU, I'm not able to create the instance, getting an error saying trying different zone, can anyone help me with the issue
